A complete Olbrich adhesive coating and laminating line is available. Roller diameter: approx. 300mm, infeed floor height: 1000mm, outfeed floor height: 1200mm. Including drum melter and pump unit. On-site inspection is possible.
A Klett laminating machine specially designed for precise 0-register lamination with a tolerance limit of +/-0.5mm and automatic format changeover is available. The machine was overhauled in 2013. Minimum format: 500mm/500mm, maximum format: 1650mm/1650mm, maximum laminating capacity: 3500 sheets/h, paper and solid board weight: 120g-700g/m², corrugated and solid board thickness range: 0.75mm-8mm, control: Siemens S7. System components: Feeder for sheet material, feeder for carrier material, laminating unit (Klett 165-165 ZERO), press station, bundle station, bundle turning station (flip-flop), non-stop feeder and caliber adjustment. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
