A hand-operated and an automatic cutting machine for the textile industry, especially for serrated patterns, are available. 1) Serrated pattern cutting machine, working width: 500mm, manually operated. 2) Hydraulic serrated cutting machine W. Holz, working width: 625mm, paper cutting process possible. On-site inspection is possible.
A carpet tile cutting machine is available. Working width: 2000mm, machine dimensions X/Y/Z: approx. 2100mm/4500mm/2500mm, weight: approx. 3000kg. The machine cuts carpeting into 4 square tiles using automatic recognition by cameras (year of manufacture: 2005). The machine was part of a larger system and is therefore no longer able to run independently. In order to be able to run independently, the system must be completely rebuilt/reprogrammed in terms of PLC technology. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
