Steam output: 800kg/h, operating pressure: 10bar, test pressure: 18.5bar, heating surface: 14m², fuel: gas/fuel oil, feed water tank: DK2415. Including new burner motors, automatic burner controls, water pumps with spare parts, chimneys, complete piping, 2x sea container, 1000l heating oil tank and feed water tank. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
A Certuss rapid steam generator in a container is available. Steam output: 300kg/h, fuel: natural gas, operating overpressure: 10bar, water capacity: approx. 32l, chimney height: 8000mm, chimney connection diameter: 250mm, machine dimensions X/Y/Z: approx. 2700mm/2400mm/2800mm. Including stainless steel chimney, feed water module with control cabinet and tank, BWT softening system with 2 softening vessels and a dosing vessel. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
A Reining waste gas heat recovery system is available. It receives the exhaust gases from the plant and currently generates approx. 25 t/h of steam from the heat of a hot rolling mill. The chimney and the heat exchangers were manufactured by Babcock-BSH around 1983. An on-site inspection is possible. Expected to be available at the end of 2025 or beginning of 2026.
Output: 1.5t steam/h, max. nominal power: 1093kW/h, gas pressure: 50mbar, fuel: natural gas, including water container, two pumps, safety devices and steam dryer.
