A line for filling, packaging, and palletizing bags with products like salt or fertilizers is available. It includes specialized machines for precise filling, packaging, and stacking of bags on pallets for shipment. The system is designed for continuous operation. 1) Bag filling machine Aventus FFS 600, filling range: 10kg-30kg, film thickness range: 120µm-180µm, accuracy class: X(1), deviation for 25kg bags: 50g-60g, deviation for 10kg bags: 25g-30g, packaging capacity: 45-550 bags/h or 20-25t/h, bag tolerance: +/-15mm. 2) Palletizing robot for the bags, max. pallet dimensions X/Y: 1300mm/900mm, loading height including pallet: 700mm-1500mm, max. load weight: 1500kg, max. loading capacity: 500-600 bags/h, recommended loading capacity: 450-550 bags/h. 3) Big Bag filling station Aventus FIBC EGF 1, Big Bag weight: 500kg, 600kg, 1000kg, max.
